So after 6 months of usage,
I’m writing this review.
Watch is 100% original, as i availed the warranty on their website.
Looks beautiful
Build quality is solid. Won’t break easily by a fall.
Resin strap is comfortable and not too hard, it’s delicate, doesn’t hurt.
Buttons etc. Work fine they aren’t as clicky as i would’ve liked.
All the features like alarm, hourly sig, timer, stopwatch etc. Work flawlessly and the ‘beep’ is pretty loud, easily audible.
Dropped it a few times, no scratches.
(I set it on the day of arrival by matching the time with world clock. 6 months later when i checked the difference between world clock and this watch is that its gone faster by just 7 seconds, pretty awesome).
Bit bulky but I’m almost a skinny guy with small wrists so that’s my excuse.
Small dust particles can be easily cleaned with brush.
No signs of battery dying yet.
LED is yellow +orange coloured looks awesom at night
What I didn’t like is it’s digital display. Can’t see even after using led. That really sucks
Digits come up in grey on dark blue/blackish display, you can imagine what that looks like. I’ve attached a photo.
For that I’d take half a star away but you can see the time clearly by hour and minute hands with the help of LED.
Waterproofing Is great .
Offers 4 alarms,world time(you can set 2 time zones), auto led light when you lift your wrist to put the watch in a vertical position.
What’s a but tricky is operating this watch you might wanna look up a tutorial on youtube.
For the pros it’s offering it deserve a 5 *

First of all ,thanks to flipkart for their prompt delivery.This watch originally costs 6995/- but got it for 5900/-.As for as the pros and cons are concerned:

Everything else! I was initially worried about the complications I would have to encounter in setting the time .But the world time feature is incredibly useful. The LED light is sufficient to illuminate the time hands, but it is no good to illuminate the digital display in dark.The controls are quite simple too. Overall , if this fits your budget GO-FOR-IT. Period!

very smart watch
i instantly fell in love with this watch the day i saw it on flipkart..and indeed my love has become intense after receiving it from flipkart..
pros :looks very cool ,very sporty yet classy ..has lots of features including velocity indicator(which i have no clue about ) it also come with an international warranty card …
cons :none (to be true i cannot find any flaw with this one )
p.s i cannot see why people are complaining about its illuminator ,it works fine ..although at night u cannot see the digital watch very clearly but analog works fine ..

This G-Shock is a true masterpiece. It looks really fabulous when worn. Its totally shockproof .. Waterproof .. And you wont get a single scratch on the high protection glass. It has a superb dial and digital display is clearly visible in low lights also .. Plus the backlight (amber) looks super cool. Overall this watch is a total stunner and is worth every penny. 10 out of 10. Love you Casio !

Love this watch
As sturdy a watch as I have seen. My last Citizen Watch literally cracked from the middle. So this time around I wanted something Sturdy. Believe me when I say that for this price range this is an excellent purchase. This all-black watch is stylish too.
Only little thing that bothers me is that I have been observing Casio G-shock series for the last 10-15 years and it has not changed much. I would have liked it to have some of the latest features like GPS, heart-monitor etc. But still, that aside this is an excellent watch, highly recommended.
