Ans: We are a US-based E-commerce online store our main office is located In Texas, USA. We partner with vendors around the world mainly our sourcing companies are in the US, Europe, and China.

If I have a discount code, can I use it with automatic discounts already on the website?
Ans: No. You can not combine two discounts at a time. When you enter your discount code in the check-out system will automatically make the adjustment to the cost for you.
Please note that if the store has another promotion or automatic discounts your discount code will not work.

Shipping & Delivery
Ans: Your goods will be shipped by our sourcing company around the world. We use UPS, USPS, DHL and FedEx.
Free shipping for orders over $69 for customers in the US and shipping rates are calculated based on your location and where the order is shipped, and it will take 7-12 days, receiving time=processing time+shipping time.
However,  for our international customers, kindly notice that international shipping is more costly. Depending on our vendor’s location and the products, the international delivery time takes 15-30 calendar days.
However, our goal is to get your package to you before our projected maximum timeframe, but it varies by product and stock status.
Once your orders are processed it is handed over for delivery. Please, note that this does not include holidays and weekends. However, we can not make any guarantee or accept liability for extended shipping time frames due to circumstances outside the company’s control. e.g., weather conditions, delays due to contingencies with the carrier, etc.

Delivery Details
Ans: Amazing-Superstore can not ship to P. O Boxers or APO/FPO addresses. We only accept orders with shipping addresses that indicate a physical address so, make sure to write a detailed and valid shipping address while placing your order.
Note: Some of your items might be shipped separately to reduce prolonging shipping time. This Is due to our vendors located in different countries. Returns Policy:
Can I return my items if the order is wrong?
Ans: If you find yourself unsatisfied with the items you have received from us, we are open to exchanging or refunding items within 30 calendar days from the date of the receipt.
Because our products are sold to many countries, you need to pay close attention to the transformation of CN, US, UK measurements.

Note: The following items can not be returned or exchanged: Bodysuits, Lingerie, and  Accessories products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition you received it. You can return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have original tags/packaging still attached.

Why do some products not have material information or back images?

Ans: Because some of our products will be coming from our fulfillment centers worldwide, we are trying our best to provide complete information on every product, and we promise to accomplish this soon. Return Costs:
What is your return costs policy?
Ans: Customers have to cover the shipping fees to return their items. This cost is not refundable. Customers should provide us with the returning parcel tracking information once your return is processed. You will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original payment method within 5-7 calendar days. For international issued cards, it might take up to 20 calendar days.

How can I add an address to my account?
Ans: Currently, you cannot add or save an address to your account. You’ll need to enter this in the checkout. You can, however, save your name and email address.


How do I change the delivery address on the order I already placed?

Ans: If you input the incorrect address at checkout for the order already placed, we can not be held accountable if you entered the order into a different address. We are not liable to refund/replace this order

What if I want to exchange my product for a different size?

How do I apply for a refund for my order?
Ans: If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, you can send your query to our customer service via email support@amazing-superstore.com. After we have received your returned all and ware check then we can arrange an exchange or a refund for you within 5-7 calendar days of receipt. ALL merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition, it was sent to you.
